Brief: The clients requested a planting scheme with a cottage, informal feel, to help blend the new extension with the existing old thatched cottage.

Solution: The planting scheme created an informal, cottage feel to the borders, with plants helping to soften the gravel paths and terrace. A limited palette of purples, pinks and silvers were chosen for the planting, with roses and grasses adding structure to the borders. The design successfully met the aspirations of the client.
